This document outlines and details the scope and boundaries of the provider and subscriber relationship.
Permitted subscriber activities are to utilize the internet access provided by us, the provider, for personal, business, or governmental use, depending on who you are.
Scope of services rendered include internet access only. TV, Voice, Software, and other services are available separately through us and our partner providers.
Non-permitted subscriber activities are to re-sell or re-distribute our services to any other person or business, or to use the service for anything illegal. Subscriber agrees to leave provider property as installed and not to alter, tamper with, remove, relocate, or in any other way disrupt the provider infrastructure installed on subscriber premises or any other provider property located elsewhere.
Account registration or termination is initiated by the prospective subscriber through our website, by phone, or by email.
Taxes and fees are assessed on a case by case basis and may vary based on your location and jurisdiction. We provide full transparency in your billing so that you can see what you pay to us and what goes to the government.
Your privacy is protected. Data such as your profile information. account history, and online activity are confidential in nature. We do not share this information with anyone except our data processing services in order to maintain records. We do not sell or give away your information unless compelled by a court of law with proper jurisdiction. Subscribers maintain the right to be "forgotten" by our systems in such a way that we delete your information from our database and we lose the ability to contact you. This happens once all contractual obligations have been fulfilled by the subscriber upon account closing. It is our duty to notify you of any data breach associated with your account.
Payments and pricing are specified in the contract you have with us. Autopay is available when paying electronically. If you do not have a contract with us, you receive service for as long as you have paid, either for month, quarter, or year. Refunds are not issued. Payment frequencies and plans can be changed at the conclusion of the existing pre-paid segment. One time fees may apply and include the following:

A satisfaction policy exists for the first 30 days after installation. Subscriber has a right to break the contract with no penalty. We have a 30 day period from the time of written notice by the subscriber to the provider indicating an issue that needs to be resolved with performance to the modem to make necessary adjustments. Interior wireless issues are not covered under the satisfaction policy due to the multiple variables that can affect wireless service beyond our point of delivery.
Limitations of liability due to outages, degraded services, or physical infrastructure in need of repair or replacement are considered to be "potential risk" and associated with the overall service due to the unpredictable nature of the future. Provider makes every reasonable effort to monitor, maintain, upgrade the network, communicate changes and to provide the best network conditions for your online access. It is our policy to credit your account for any outage that is longer than 24 hours.
Access to subscriber premises is on a 24/7/365 basis for agents of the provider to access and egress the subscriber's property for installation, repair, replacement. upgrade, and relocation purposes.
Governing law is agreed to be in the county of Jackson, state of North Carolina, United States of America.
Intellectual rights are protected by copyright and agreement by subscriber that any logos, trademarks, corporate seals, and images are the property of Alpha Omega Broadband LLC or one of our partners. We strictly forbid the reproduction or usage of these properties unless agree to in writing. Our technical processes are agrees to be our protected processes, so any attempt to reverse engineer or re-brand our services is strictly forbidden.
Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Omega Broadband LLC and it's agents from and against all liabilities resulting from the installation, operation , maintenance, presence or abandonment of any property upon, around, under, through or nearby to the subscriber address.
Force Majeure is acknowledged in that Alpha Omega Broadband LLC is not responsible for the cost, price, or failure of any equipment or infrastructure resulting from any form of catastrophe that is not controllable by the provider.
Terms and conditions may be updates from time to time without notice or approval of subscribers. Such changes are not considered to be effective until they are published to our website.
