Install includes:
Site Survey
We will come to your house to and discuss a plan to get you service. This includes: discussing any underground utilities or cabling to avoid, where the best place would be to mount our outside components onto your home, and discussing the best place to enter the home and place your router.
Trunk line connection
This is an underground container or handhole that will be where your home fiber will connect to our main fiber line.
Fiber Optic drop line to your home modem
Fiber may be direct buried about 6 inches underground from your handhole to your home, or placed in conduit for a small additional cost.
Modem and One Wireless access Point with 4 ports
Two devices and a splice box are required to get you online. Outside of your home you will see a splice box connected by fiber to a modem that will then be connected to your wifi router inside via a cable that will go through the wall. Location of these devices will be discussed at the site survey. These devices are yours and your financial responsibility if they need to be replaced at any point in the future.

Pricing without 2 year agreement -and it's discount- is available upon request.
*Hibernation can be utilized for 3 months in a rolling calendar year
As soon as we have a list of everyone interested in Alpha Omega Broadband Fiber internet in the area, we will put together a map of the route we plan to take and post it here. We will then work with property owners to determine the best routes within their property.
