2year Wireless Service Agreement
1. Services Provided
Provider agrees to deliver high-speed fiber optic internet access to the Subscriber at the address listed above according to one of the following service plans listed in section 8. The Subscriber may select one service tier and billing frequency at the start of the agreement, but may change plans during the 24 month commitment. Immediately following the 24 month commitment, the Subscriber may choose to go month to month, or renew a 24 month commitment.
All service tiers include:
- Symmetrical upload/download performance means that if you're getting 25Mbps download, then you also get 25 Mbps upload as the applied speed limit to and from your modem.
- Unlimited data usage (no data caps) for our subscribers, but no re-selling is permitted.

- Equipment is included in the price and is the subscriber's responsibility to pay for replacements, unless a separate service plan is purchased for white glove support that features replacement and repair services.
- Professional on-site installation that begins with a site survey to determine a pathway for the fiber optic cable, a place to enter the building of installation, and a home wireless router to provide secure internet connectivity to your location.
2. Service Plans & Pricing Options
Subscriber may select monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing. Pricing is firm for the full 24-month term unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Hibernation Policy
Subscribers may request temporary service hibernation once per 12-month period, for a maximum of 6 consecutive months. During this period, a monthly maintenance fee of $35.00 applies. Minimal data or bandwidth to maintain security cameras is provided while hibernation is active. This is treated as a monthly plan, and there is no quarterly or annual discount that is applicable to this plan.
4. Installation Fees
A one-time, non-refundable installation fee of $429.00 is due prior to installation date. This includes all necessary setup, cabling, a modem, a router, and equipment configuration.
5. Contract Term & Termination
- This agreement has a fixed term of 24 months from the service activation date.
- Early termination by Subscriber results in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.
- Provider reserves the right to terminate service with 15 days’ notice in the event of non-payment.
6. Payment Terms
- Services are on a pre-pay model and initial payment is due upon completion of the installation with no option to delay billing start.
- Payment is due on anniversary date of each billing period. Invoices will be sent out via email 7 days prior to due date.
- Late payments incur a $25.00 late fee after a 7-day grace period.
- Service may be suspended if payment is more than 7 days overdue and will incur a reactivation fee of $45.00 per month of suspension beyond the initial past due date.
- Payment methods accepted include Credit, Debit, ACH, cash, check or money order. Auto draft is available for Credit, Debit and ACH.
7. General Provisions
- No data caps or bandwidth limits apply.
- Service availability is subject to successful site evaluation and local infrastructure.
- This contract is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
8. Plan Selection
- Plan speeds are limits not guarantees.
- Plans can be changed by the subscriber anytime before the next invoice date by written request through the subscriber billing portal, or by email to support@alphaomegabroadband.com.
- Prices shown are the per month price, with discounts applied for choosing to pre-pay for a Quarterly or Annual plan.
