When planning a fiber build, the following things are necessary and need to be in place:

1. Interested Party list with address and contact info.
2. Permissions from all landowners to cross land whether wanting fiber or not.
3. A fiber route from main fiber trunk to home needs to be mapped out.

We are planning a build at cost for supplies.  The more people onboard, the cheaper the build will be.
